Report Grading

Report GradingCompuFACT automates hiring decisions by scoring applicants on custom “pass/review/fail” criteria set by each client. Using these unique hiring criteria, background checks are graded based on consistent, company-wide standards. This report scoring system allows every hiring manager to remain consistent with company policy as they consider applicants.

Based on client-defined custom criteria, the reports can be given a “pass”, “review”, or “fail” result.
