Workers’ Compensation Search

Helps employers identify a history of workers’ compensation claims. Social Security Number Validation

This tells you the year and state that the SSN was issued. It also determines if the SSN is a validly issued number or just a number that the applicant made up. A cross-check to determine if the number belongs to a deceased person is also available.

Social Security Trace II / Address History

This provides past and present addresses, names associated with the SSN, year of issue, state of issue and date of death information. The report also identifies if the number is valid and flags suspected fraudulent use of the number. This is an excellent tool for determining locations to run criminal searches that an applicant may have intentionally left off the job application. Sources can include credit bureaus files, phone records and utility bill information.

Credit Reports

Credit history reports provide insight into payment habits, debt loads, liens, judgments, bankruptcies, addresses, name changes, and places of employment. This is a useful tool in observing financial responsibility on candidates who may carry cash, inventory, or finance. These reports are useful tools in determining financial responsibility as well as the possibility of government wage garnishments.
